Tile Roof

Clay roof tiles are very popular as they create an attractive mediterranean look. They’re durable and lightweight, making them ideal for certain roofs, and they offer better insulation when compared to similar materials such as ceramic tiles. When installing clay tiles, picking the right size, color and installation method, which depends on the type of clay tile, are important factors.

Benefits Of Roof Tiles

Tiles have been around for centuries proving their long lasting style, durability and sustainability. With natural thermal mass insulation
properties, clay and concrete roof tiles contribute to the overall thermal performance and energy savings of a well designed home. Read
more about what makes our roof tiles such a successful building product.

01.

Sound Insulation

Roof tiles can reduce noise by 30 decibels which is more than twice the noise reduction achieved by other commonly used roofing materials. This means that roof tiles reduce the intrusion of external noises into internal living areas.

02.

Reduce Cooling Requirements

Testing of similarly colored roofing products shows that use of roof tiles can result in lower cooling requirements when compared with other commonly used roofing materials.

03.

Suitable for Cyclone Areas

To ensure your roof is cyclone ready in C2 and C3 rated areas tiled roofs installed to AS 2050 will have every roof tile, ridge, hip and barge tile mechanically secured and heavy duty sarking installed across the entire roof.

Our Working Process

01.

Consultation

On your request our experts will visit your location and access which services will be better for your current roof.

02.

Proposal

After doing all the assessment of work to be done. We create a complete project proposal which is stating all the milestones and terms and conditions to start roofing work.

03.

Installation

Once the old roof has been removed and we have replaced any damaged plywood, the next step is for us to lay down new roofing felt (also called roofing paper or tar paper).

04.

Inspection

Once our work is complete and your roof is installed, we do a final inspection of your entire property for fallen trash, shingles and nails. A nail magnet is run around the outer edges of your home and driveway to pick up stray nails and other metal objects that might damage your tires or cause you harm.

Here’s What Our Client Say About Us

"Simon was great. Very courteous and professional. He gave me all the choices to fix my roof and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each product, most especially warranties. He is really sincere in helping me and not just to sell me a product. I highly recommend them!"
